Shopify Content Manager — Analytics and CRO
About Us
Mamma Mia Covers is a US–Canada DTC company in the Home & Living segment and the exclusive distributor of the Italian brand PAULATO by GA.I.CO in the US and Canada.
Since 2018, we've built a recognizable brand in the slipcover category — patented product, two sales channels: Shopify (DTC website) and Amazon US. Featured in Inc. 5000, team of 40+ people, own warehouses in the US.
We're actively expanding into new product categories, testing new ideas, and building the product team that will take us there.
Content is one of our core growth levers — and right now we're looking for someone who knows Shopify, understands the numbers behind it, and can tell us what to improve and why.
Your Role
You'll report directly to the CMO and own both sides of our Shopify performance: keeping the store sharp and making it convert better every month.
This isn't a "post content and report" role. You'll be the person who spots why users are dropping off, builds a hypothesis, runs the test, and shows the team what changed — and why it worked.
What You'll Own
Content & Store Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings and landing pages
- Work with the Shopify customizer to maintain and improve on-site content
- Use customer feedback and returns data to improve product presentation
Performance & Growth:
- Analyze user behavior: funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, user journeys
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and prioritize growth opportunities
- Develop, launch, and analyze A/B tests (UX/UI, copy, offers, page structure)
- Monitor CR, AOV, Revenue — evaluate the impact of every change
- Prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations for the CMO
Collaboration: - Work with Marketing, Design, and Support to align on priorities
- Be the data voice in product and content decisions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years working with Shopify — content management, store updates, and customizer
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools
- Practical A/B testing experience — launch, interpret, act
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- English B2+ — you'll work with data and briefs in English daily
- You don't wait to be assigned what to fix — you find it in the data, frame it, and come with a plan
What We Offer
Financial Stability: Fixed $1500 + KPI-based bonus depending on the candidate’s experience.
- Transparent, paid 2-month probation period (fixed $1500)
Flexible Work Format: Remote | Full-time employment tailored to your work pace
Learning & Development:
- Professional courses and certifications
- Freedom to implement new tools and processes
Career growth opportunities:
- High-growth environment – Your ideas will be heard, tested, and implemented.
- We value ownership & initiative
Paid vacation: 21 days + extra days off for important personal events
If this sounds like you:
You open Shopify and analytics together — because content decisions without data don't make sense to you
You've caught a conversion problem before anyone asked you to look
You know the difference between a page that looks good and a page that sells
Apply and share an example where your analysis led to a change that improved store performance. We review every application personally and get back within 3 business days.
