As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll own and scale B2B acquisition through non-traditional channels - newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, and other niche placements - focusing on what actually converts, not just what’s easy to buy.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute paid acquisition through niche B2B channels
- Buy and manage placements in newsletters, YouTube integrations, podcasts, and similar formats
- Identify and test new, unconventional traffic sources
- Negotiate directly with content creators, publishers, and platforms
- Track performance and optimize based on ROI, not vanity metrics
- Build a repeatable and scalable acquisition approach
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience buying ads in newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, or similar channels
- Understands how B2B audiences consume content and where to reach them
- Knows how to evaluate placements and predict their potential performance
- Is comfortable working with ambiguous tasks and figuring things out independently
- Thinks in terms of business impact, not just traffic
