As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll own and scale B2B acquisition through non-traditional channels - newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, and other niche placements - focusing on what actually converts, not just what’s easy to buy.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and execute paid acquisition through niche B2B channels
  • Buy and manage placements in newsletters, YouTube integrations, podcasts, and similar formats
  • Identify and test new, unconventional traffic sources
  • Negotiate directly with content creators, publishers, and platforms
  • Track performance and optimize based on ROI, not vanity metrics
  • Build a repeatable and scalable acquisition approach
     

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience buying ads in newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, or similar channels
  • Understands how B2B audiences consume content and where to reach them
  • Knows how to evaluate placements and predict their potential performance
  • Is comfortable working with ambiguous tasks and figuring things out independently
  • Thinks in terms of business impact, not just traffic
