About Us

We are a digital agency specializing in performance marketing for e-commerce and service-based businesses. We help clients grow through paid advertising and comprehensive digital marketing. We're looking for a Partnership Manager to help scale the agency through new partnerships and client acquisition.
 

What You'll Do

  • Build and develop partnerships with complementary businesses: agencies, SaaS platforms, freelancers
  • Lead negotiations, present agency services, and close deals
  • Develop and manage a referral program and partner network
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for mutual growth
  • Manage the CRM pipeline: track contacts, deals, and communication status
  • Work closely with the marketing team and founders
     

What We Expect

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong communication skills, you know how to connect with different types of people
  • Understanding of digital marketing and how agencies operate (paid ads, SEO, content โ€” at least at a conceptual level)
  • Ability to negotiate and drive deals to close
  • Proactive mindset โ€” you don't wait for tasks, you find opportunities
  • Experience with CRM tools (Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
     

Nice to Have

  • An existing network of contacts in the digital space
  • Experience working at or with an agency
  • Skills in creating presentations and commercial proposals
  • Experience with LinkedIn for B2B outreach
  • Fluency in Ukrainian (for working with local partners and clients)
