Affiliate Manager

🇺🇸 We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to help scale a fast-growing US Sweepstakes product.
You’ll own partner relationships, traffic quality, and performance optimization while working in a fast-moving environment focused on growth, testing, and scaling what works.

💪 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, onboard, and manage affiliate partners for the US market
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates and continuously expand the partner network
• Monitor traffic quality, identify scaling opportunities, and detect/prevent fraud or low-quality traffic
• Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, EPC, CPA, LTV, retention) and provide actionable insights
• Optimize traffic flows, campaigns, and partner performance to maximize profitability
• Coordinate with Product, CRM, Design, and Analytics teams to improve affiliate performance
• Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and new acquisition opportunities

🔥 Skills & Competencies:

• 1.5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming / Betting / Sweepstakes
• Strong understanding of traffic funnels, conversion flows, and affiliate economics
• Experience working with US-facing products or traffic sources
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics and large data sets
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience with Sweepstakes products and US acquisition channels
• Existing network of affiliate partners within iGaming
