We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist focused on pipeline growth, paid acquisition, and funnel optimization. Youโ€™ll work closely with founders and go-to-market teams to run experiments, improve performance, and drive qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns.
  • Own pipeline generation as the primary metric, focusing on qualified opportunities over lead volume.
  • Manage and scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Capterra etc), including budgets, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Continuously improve funnel performance (Visitor โ†’ Lead โ†’ MQL โ†’ SQL โ†’ Opportunity) through structured experimentation.
  • Form and test growth hypotheses independently, using data to guide decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Create high-converting messaging and ad creatives by translating product positioning into clear value propositions.
  • Build and optimize marketing workflows and automations using available tools and APIs (ad platforms, CRM, AI tools).
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to improve lead quality, understand deal dynamics, and feed insights back into strategy.
     

Requirements:

  • You have hands-on experience running performance or demand generation campaigns end-to-end.
  • You focus on pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
  • You are comfortable working independently in a lean team with high ownership.
  • You think in funnels, systems, and experiments, not isolated campaigns.
  • You can translate complex products into clear, structured messaging.
  • You use data to make decisions and can clearly explain your reasoning.
  • You are comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and can communicate ideas clearly in writing.
  • You are curious about AI and already use tools to improve your workflow.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or technical/industrial products.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with building automations or workflows (no-code, low-code, or APIs).
  • Experience using AI tools (Claude or similar) in day-to-day work.
  • Understanding of enterprise or complex B2B buying journeys.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Exposure to working with US-based teams or markets.
