We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to join a growing performance marketing ecosystem in the iGaming industry.

We are building a modern affiliate network and performance ecosystem tailored for the iGaming industry.
The platform connects affiliates, media buyers, and operators, helping them scale user acquisition, build transparent partnerships, and improve performance and revenue.
The product is already live and actively onboarding partners worldwide, so this is a great opportunity to join at an active growth stage and directly influence the direction of performance marketing.
Requirements
- 3โ5 years of overall experience in media buying / performance marketing.
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in the iGaming industry.
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Proven experience with launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions based on key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, test, and scale paid advertising campaigns.
- Search for new profitable approaches, creatives, funnels, GEOs, and traffic sources.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
- Control budgets and focus on ROI, profitability, and campaign efficiency.
- Prepare clear tasks for designers and provide feedback on creatives.
- Test new hypotheses and improve campaign results through data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to improve campaign performance.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with affiliate networks, operators, or iGaming products.
- Experience with different traffic sources such as Meta, Google, TikTok, native ads, push, PPC, or other paid channels.
- Understanding of iGaming offers, funnels, player acquisition, and conversion flows.
- Experience working with large budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Knowledge of tracking tools, attribution platforms, analytics systems, or anti-fraud tools.
