B2B Marketing Manager
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to execute and grow Bintime's marketing funnel. This is a hands-on individual contributor role โ not a team management position โ focused on generating qualified leads that Sales converts into revenue.
You will own the core demand generation channels: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, content and SEO, and email nurture sequences. Freelance designers, writers, and video editors are available to activate on brief, but direction and execution are yours. You work closely with the Head of Sales, CEO.
If results are consistent and pipeline grows, we build a team around you at 12โ18 months. That path is real and tied to what you deliver.
Our ICP spans B2B companies where software engineering, delivery capacity, and digital commerce are genuine business needs. The primary vertical is eCommerce and retail tech, but we work across AI, fintech, SaaS, and logistics. Services gets the majority of your focus.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing core marketing channels (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) includes launching campaigns from scratch, independently producing and optimizing assets, and continuously improving conversion performance.
- Content and SEO execution covers blog posts, case studies, gated lead magnets (benchmark reports, audits, checklists), and keyword-driven content โ every piece produced with a conversion purpose.
- Email nurture management involves building HubSpot sequences that move inbound leads from form fill to booked call. Conversion flows, not newsletters.
- Website and landing page ownership includes maintaining bintime.com, gepard.io, b-hive.io, and campaign landing pages โ forms, CTAs, conversion testing, and tracking.
- Sales alignment and asset production involves weekly syncing with the Head of Sales, pre-qualifying form submissions before routing, and producing outbound-supporting assets (case studies, landing pages, demo videos) on the SDR team's brief.
- Budget management covers allocating and reallocating the paid media budget (โฌ4โ8K/month) across channels monthly, based on what the numbers show.
- Reporting includes maintaining one shared HubSpot dashboard tracking form submissions, sales-accepted leads, and marketing-sourced closed-won revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Measurable B2B Marketing experience โ you can point to campaigns you owned and what they produced
- HubSpot Marketing Hub + Sales Pro at builder level: forms, workflows, lead scoring, attribution โ not just an end user
- Hands-on experience in at least 3โ4 of: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content production, email nurture, landing page conversion
- English โ B2
- Comfortable with performance numbers: CPL, conversion rates, attribution models
- High autonomy โ able to build, run, and optimize the marketing engine with minimal management input
- Brings market-based initiative โ proposes new campaign ideas, messaging improvements, and channel experiments based on what they observe
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a B2B services business, not only SaaS products
- Clutch or G2 presence-building that moved real pipeline
- Experience working alongside an outbound SDR team
- Familiarity with eCommerce, retail tech, or PIM ecosystem
