AI Product Builder

We’re looking for an AI-native Product Builder with Web3 experience - someone who can turn ideas into working products fast using modern AI tools.

This role is perfect for someone with product thinking who enjoys shipping quickly, prototyping, experimenting, and building MVPs through AI-assisted workflows. This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to Ukrainian professionals living abroad.

What you’ll do

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization
• Translate complex ideas into clear product requirements and user flows
• Rapidly prototype concepts and validate hypotheses using AI-assisted tools
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and growth
• Analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, and optimize product performance

• Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, and iteration processes

   

Requirements

• Proven experience building, launching, or scaling digital products in startup or Web3 environments
• Strong background in Web3 / crypto products
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments
• Deep understanding of user experience, product systems, and conversion funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AI-native workflows and modern AI tooling
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, GPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar
• Ability to independently prototype ideas and operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Technical understanding of frontend/product architecture is a strong plus

• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
