Paid Social Content Creator (AI-Focused)

About the Role

dNovo Group is looking for a Paid Social Content Creator to develop and produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns.

This is a creative production role focused on building compelling, conversion-driven ad content, including:

• Static image ads
• Video ads
• Ad copy

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience creating ad creatives for white-collar service businesses such as law firms, medical clinics, financial services, consulting firms, and other professional service businesses.

You will work closely with our Meta Media Buyer, who manages campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization. We are looking for someone highly skilled in using artificial intelligence tools to streamline and scale creative production.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing Meta ad creatives for client campaigns
• Produce and edit short-form video ads and static creatives
• Write compelling ad copy and hooks designed for conversions
• Use AI tools to generate, test, and iterate multiple creative concepts quickly
• Collaborate with the Meta Media Buyer on creative strategy and performance feedback
