InfluenceProServices builds and launches multiple B2C web products, connected mobile apps, and standalone applications one after another.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will build and own the marketing function from zero for B2C mobile and web products. Hands-on: you write the content plan, run social media, launch campaigns, manage external channels, and work with media buyers โ€” while setting tasks for the design team on all visual assets.
Youโ€™ll be working with Tier 1 (US, UK, DE, CA, AU) and Tier 2 (Eastern Europe, SEA) markets.
 

What youโ€™ll do:

Social media & content

  • Build and execute a content plan across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X)
  • Write and publish posts โ€” copy is yours, visuals are produced by the design team
  • Set clear briefs for designers: illustrations, animations, short-form video, stories, carousels
  • Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, CPC, CPM) and adjust strategy based on data
  • Adapt content strategy per market: Tier 1 (US, UK, DE) and Tier 2 (Eastern Europe, SEA) โ€” different audiences, different messaging

Funnels & campaigns

  • Build acquisition funnels: social โ†’ landing page โ†’ conversion (lead, signup, purchase)
  • Launch and manage quiz funnels for lead generation
  • Set up and run paid campaigns in collaboration with media buyers โ€” provide creatives, audiences, and goals; analyze ROAS and CAC together
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTMs, Meta Pixel, platform analytics) to track performance end-to-end

PR & external channels

  • Write blog articles, guest posts for external publications, and SEO-driven content
  • Write press releases and coordinate media outreach
  • Prepare and conduct interviews (written or podcast format)
  • Manage company presence on review platforms (Trustpilot, G2, Capterra) โ€” respond to reviews, generate positive ones
  • Engage in community channels (Reddit, Product Hunt, niche forums, Slack/Discord communities) โ€” not spamming, but genuine participation

Cross-functional

  • Work with media buyers: brief them on positioning, provide assets, review performance, iterate on creatives
  • Collaborate with product and design on launch campaigns, feature announcements, ASO
  • Report on marketing KPIs weekly/monthly: traffic, leads, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROAS, channel-level performance. Own the marketing dashboard

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C marketing with hands-on SMM experience
  • Proven track record building marketing channels from scratch โ€” not just maintaining existing ones
  • Hands-on experience running Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X โ€” not just one platform
  • Experience marketing to Tier 1 (US, UK, DE, CA, AU) and/or Tier 2 (Eastern Europe, SEA) audiences โ€” understands geo-specific content adaptation
  • Strong copywriting: social posts, blog articles, press releases, ad copy โ€” all in English
  • Experience creating and managing content plans across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • KPI-driven: tracks and reports on CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, engagement metrics โ€” can build and maintain a marketing dashboard
  • Can set clear, actionable briefs for designers (knows what to ask for: format, dimensions, mood, references)
  • Funnel thinking: understands the path from impression to conversion, knows where users drop off
  • Experience with quiz tools (Typeform, Outgrow, involve.me, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of analytics: Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking, Meta Pixel, platform analytics, Looker Studio or similar dashboards
  • Experience working with media buyers or performance marketers โ€” can brief, review results, iterate on creatives together
  • Experience with review platforms (Trustpilot, G2) and community engagement (Reddit, Product Hunt)
  • Comfortable with AI tools for content (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) โ€” uses them to move faster, not to replace thinking
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+ (working language for content and communication)
     

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI creative tools (Nano Banana, AdCreative, or similar) for generating and iterating on ad creatives at scale
  • Experience launching on Product Hunt
  • SEO basics: keyword research, on-page optimization, link building awareness
  • Email marketing and automation
  • Video scripting for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
