AI Short-Form Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and trend-oriented AI Video Creator who lives and breathes short-form content

This role is ideal for someone who constantly watches TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, understands why certain videos go viral, and can quickly create high-quality AI-generated content in similar formats

Responsibilities:
- Monitor current trends, viral formats, and content styles across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Create 2–3 AI-generated short videos daily
- Upload and organize content across platforms
- Analyze content performance and engagement metrics
Identify what performs well and optimize future videos based on analytics
- Experiment with hooks, pacing, visuals, and storytelling styles to improve retention

Requirements:
- Experience creating AI-generated videos from scratch or based on references
- Strong skills in creating highly realistic AI characters and avatars (this is a key part of the project)
- Experience with lip sync and realistic voice-to-mouth synchronization
- Video editing skills: pacing, cuts, transitions, subtitles, and basic effects
- Experience working with AI voiceovers, music selection, and sound synchronization
- Ability to improve video quality, realism, smoothness, and visual consistency
- Understanding of short-form organic content and audience retention mechanics
- Strong visual taste and understanding of what captures attention in the first seconds of a video
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling, HeyGen, Veo, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar AI/video tools
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content patterns
- Experience with performance-oriented content creation
