CMO/ Head of Marketing
As we continue scaling and launching new products, we are looking for a strong,
strategic CMO who will take full ownership of marketing for one of our key GEOs -
including both acquisition and brand development.
This role is about building a scalable, profitable, and sustainable growth engine,
covering all traο¬c channels and shaping the long-term marketing vision of the
product.

What You'll Be Doing
β Own and drive full-cycle marketing for a GEO: acquisition + brand
β Build and scale the entire marketing function from scratch: strategy, structure,
processes, and team
β Manage and grow all key channels: Paid Social (FB, TikTok), Google Ads /
UAC, SEO (brand / non-brand), ASO, Influencer & Streamer marketing, Aο¬liate
networks
β Develop and execute both performance and brand strategies
β Ensure high-quality traο¬c using BI tools, fraud detection, and performance
analytics
β Build and scale aο¬liate programs and strategic partnerships
β Collaborate closely with product teams (landings, funnels, A/B testing,
localization)
β Own budgeting and financial planning: manage $500K+ monthly budgets,
optimize channel mix, track ROI / CPA / ARPU
β Analyse user journeys (CJM), identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion &
retention
β Lead, hire, and develop cross-functional marketing teams
What Experience Matters to Us
β 5+ years in iGaming / gambling / betting marketing
β 3+ years in a leadership role (CMO / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth)
β Proven experience managing both acquisition and brand marketing
β Deep understanding of performance metrics: FTD%, ARPU, L TV, ROI
β Hands-on experience with all major channels: Paid Social, Google, SEO / ASO,
Influencers, Aο¬liates
β Strong partner management and deal optimization skills
β Confident managing $500K+ budgets and scaling to 10K+ FTDs
β Strong analytical mindset, BI tools experience, and media planning
β Understanding of unit economics, CJM, and funnel optimization
β Knowledge of compliance and marketing specifics in regulated / emerging
markets
