We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead responsible for implementing the initial customer acquisition plan, developing digital channels, working with CPA networks, and monitoring the funnel from registration to delivery.

 

Responsibilities

 

โ€” implementing the initial customer acquisition plan;

โ€” managing traffic channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CPA / affiliate;

โ€” developing and scaling the CPA business;

โ€” working with affiliate networks and affiliate partners;

โ€” monitoring rates, conditions, traffic volume, and quality;

โ€” analyzing the customer funnel: registration โ†’ application โ†’ approval โ†’ signing โ†’ delivery; โ€” identifying funnel dips and growth points at each stage;

โ€” monitoring key metrics: CPA, CAC, CR, EPC, application approval conversion, contract signing conversion, funnel completion rate, traffic quality;

โ€” developing hypotheses for new customer growth and monitoring their implementation;

โ€” interacting with analytics, product, risk management, retention, and the contact center;

โ€” regular reporting on channel results and plan fulfillment.

 

What tools should you be proficient with?

 

โ€” Google Ads;

โ€” Meta / Facebook Ads Manager;

โ€” CPA / affiliate platforms: Affise, Everflow, Tune, or similar;

โ€” Keitaro / traffic trackers or similar;

โ€” Google Analytics 4;

โ€” Google Tag Manager;

โ€” AppsFlyer / Adjust / Firebase or similar;

โ€” Looker Studio / Power BI / Metabase or other BI systems;

โ€” Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets;

โ€” CRM / internal admin panels / funnel reporting.

 

Requirements

 

โ€” Experience in performance marketing / user acquisition / affiliate marketing;

โ€” Understanding of the CPA model, CPL / CPA / CPS, and affiliate networks;

โ€” Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads;

โ€” Understanding of the marketing funnel and key performance metrics;

โ€” Ability to analyze traffic not only by volume but also by quality;

โ€” Experience with budgets, bids, and channel scaling;

โ€” Independence, consistency, and results-oriented.

 

A plus.

 

โ€” At least 1 year of experience in microfinance organizations / fintech / lending;

โ€” Experience working with highly competitive niches: microfinance organizations, loans, fintech, iGaming;

โ€” Experience scaling CPA traffic;

โ€” Understanding of the logic behind initial search results, approval rates, signing rates, and client quality.
