Influence marketing manager

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products in online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, building strong positions in the CIS market while continuing global growth and expansion.

We are currently looking for an Influence Marketing Manager.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Systematic search and qualification of new platforms and influencers across Telegram and Instagram, including audience quality analysis using tools such as TGStat, Telemetr, etc.
• Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms and payout models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Managing influencer advertising campaigns: preparing briefs for creatives, controlling deadlines, and monitoring publication quality.
• Tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (ROI, CR, Retention Rate), and preparing regular reports.
• Maintaining and expanding the active partner pool, monitoring partner activity, and updating cooperation terms when necessary.
• Identifying and preventing fraudulent partner activity to ensure high-quality traffic.

📚 Your qualifications:

• 1.5–2+ years of proven experience in Influence Marketing or Affiliate Management.
• Strong understanding of the gambling vertical and the specifics of the CIS market.
• Hands-on experience with tracking systems, link management, and understanding of social media moderation bypass mechanisms.
• Excellent business communication and negotiation skills with the ability to protect company interests.
• Existing network of verified Telegram/Instagram influencer contacts will be considered a strong advantage.
