The Role

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor to support high-volume short-form content production.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their editing career who is comfortable working fast, following clear templates, and processing a large amount of content consistently.

This is not a role for perfectionists focused on frame-level polishing. We are looking for a practical editor who prioritizes speed, output, and consistency.

What You Will Do

Short-Form Video Editing
Edit high volumes of short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Content Adaptation
Repurpose existing content into platform-ready short-form formats while maintaining the creator’s style and tone.

Template-Based Editing
Work with predefined editing styles, structures, and references to ensure fast turnaround.

Basic Post-Production
Add captions, text overlays, cuts, basic transitions, and simple effects using CapCut.

File & Content Management
Organize project files and exported assets efficiently.

Candidate Expectations

• 6+ months – 1.5 years of experience in video editing or short-form content production
• Confident use of CapCut
• Understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts formats
• Ability to edit quickly and maintain stable output quality
• Comfortable with repetitive workflows and high content volume
• Ability to follow briefs, templates, and feedback
• Good organizational skills and attention to deadlines
• English level B1+ for understanding briefs and instructions

Nice to Have

• Experience editing creator or social media content
• Basic understanding of platform trends and short-form pacing
• Experience with subtitles and hook-focused editing
