This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in mobile app user acquisition, especially for consumer subscription products, who can combine media buying, creative testing, and analytical decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage and optimize $500k+ monthly budgets
- Launch, test, and scale campaigns across channels, audiences, and geos
- Build and improve the creative testing framework
- Analyze full-funnel performance and make budget decisions based on profitability
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the creative team
- Work closely with the CEO, Creative, Product, and technical stakeholders
- Test new growth opportunities, channels, and AI-driven workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong experience running Meta/TikTok for mobile apps
- Experience with YouTube Shorts will be a strong plus
- Proven experience scaling consumer subscription apps
- Experience managing large budgets $500k+/month
- Strong analytical skills across attribution, cohort analysis, ROAS forecasting, and profitability modeling
- Experience with MMPs and mobile attribution tools
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and making independent decisions
- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance analysis
Nice to have
- Experience building creative pipelines and briefing creatives
- Experience with funnel optimization
- Experience using AI tools in media buying or analysis
