What You’ll Do

Performance Marketing Ownership

• Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Adjust spend allocation based on performance and attribution insights
• Monitor efficiency while scaling acquisition volume
• Identify opportunities for new growth channels and experiments

Attribution & Analytics

• Debug attribution inconsistencies and tracking issues
• Work closely with MMPs and internal performance dashboards
• Analyze campaign performance deeply, beyond surface ROAS metrics

Experimentation

• Test new campaign types and acquisition angles

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Relay performance insights and creative learnings back to the creative team

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience running paid acquisition for mobile apps
• Strong experience with at least some combination of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Experience working inside product companies (not agency-only backgrounds)
