Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across in-app networks (Unity Ads, AppLovin, Moloco, etc.).
  • Creative Strategy: Formulate detailed technical assignments (TZs) for video creatives and test new visual approaches to maximize engagement.
  • Scaling & Optimization: Identify winning "combinations" (ad-creative + GEO + source) and scale profitable campaigns to hit aggressive KPIs.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Work closely with tracking platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro) to monitor traffic quality and conversion paths.
  • Performance Monitoring: Deep-dive into metrics including CPA, FTD, Deposit, and ROI to ensure campaign health.
  • Market Expansion: Test and penetrate various international GEOs.


Required Skills & Experience

  • In-App Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major network (Unity, AppLovin, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.).
  • Mobile Traffic Specialist: Deep knowledge of Video, Interstitial, and Rewarded ad formats.
  • Vertical Experience: Proven track record of working within "grey" niches (iGaming, Finance, etc.).
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and TDS/Trackers (Keitaro).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and make fast, ROI-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: Strong grasp of what makes a video creative convert and how to iterate based on performance.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter who can manage the full lifecycle of a campaign without constant supervision.
