PPC Specialist
Brightech is an international company building digital and operational solutions that support business growth across multiple industries. As part of a holding company focused on the U.S.transportation and logistics market, we operate across the USA, Mexico, Poland, and Ukraine.
We are seeking a proactive, analytical PPC Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong performance marketing expertise with a data-driven mindset and enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in a fast-paced B2B environment.
What Youβll Do:
- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Build and optimize campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Set up and validate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Collaborate with designers and the marketing team on creative strategy
- Identify scaling opportunities and continuously improve campaign efficiency
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing lead generation and performance campaigns
- Solid understanding of:
- campaign optimization

- Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- conversion tracking setup
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with keyword research, search terms analysis, and negative keywords
- Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and analysis
- English level: Intermediate+ or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with B2B projects
- Experience in logistics, transportation, SaaS, or outsourcing industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead attribution
- Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
