About BrandKlout.ai

BrandKlout.ai is a growing digital marketing company focused on helping businesses build stronger brands, generate qualified leads, and grow their customer base through data-driven digital marketing. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant – GoHighLevel & Multi-Platform Ads Specialist to join our team and help execute, manage, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working inside advertising platforms, analyzing campaign performance, managing leads and automations, troubleshooting issues, and turning marketing strategies into measurable results.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple platforms at the same time. You don't need to be an expert in every advertising platform on day one, but you should have solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GoHighLevel (GHL) and be eager to expand your skills.

Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for BrandKlout.ai and its clients.

You will work across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Nextdoor, Yelp, and GoHighLevel, helping ensure that campaigns are properly configured, leads are captured and tracked, automations are functioning correctly, and campaign performance is continuously monitored.

This role combines paid media management, marketing automation, lead management, analytics, and general digital marketing support.

A successful candidate will be able to take direction from the marketing team, execute tasks accurately, identify problems before they become major issues, and communicate campaign performance clearly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Campaign Management

Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Primary platforms include:

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• TikTok Ads
• Nextdoor Ads
• Yelp Ads

Responsibilities may include:

• Creating and configuring campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads.
• Managing campaign budgets and daily spend.
• Setting up targeting, audiences, locations, demographics, interests, and other relevant parameters.
• Monitoring campaigns for delivery issues, disapprovals, unusual spending, or performance changes.
• Reviewing search terms, keywords, placements, audiences, and other campaign-level data.
• Making appropriate adjustments to budgets, targeting, bidding, and campaign settings.
• Coordinating ad launches and ensuring campaigns go live according to schedule.
• Verifying that ads, landing pages, forms, tracking, and conversion events are working properly.
• Maintaining organized campaign structures and naming conventions.

You will be expected to understand that successful advertising is not simply about launching campaigns, it requires ongoing monitoring, testing, analysis, and optimization.

Google Ads Management

Assist with the day to day management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities may include:

• Search campaign setup and management.
• Keyword research and organization.
• Match-type management.
• Negative keyword research and implementation.
• Ad copy creation and testing.
• Geographic and demographic targeting.
• Budget monitoring.
• Conversion tracking verification.
• Search-term analysis.
• Quality and relevance monitoring.
• Performance analysis.
• Identifying opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and overall campaign efficiency.

Experience with additional Google Ads campaign types, such as Performance Max, Display, or YouTube, is a plus.

Meta Ads Management

Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities may include:

• Campaign and ad-set creation.
• Audience development and targeting.
• Retargeting campaign setup.
• Custom and lookalike audience management.
• Budget allocation.
• Creative and copy testing.
• Lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitoring cost per lead and conversion performance.
• Identifying underperforming ads and audiences.
• Testing different creative angles, offers, messaging, and calls-to-action.
• Monitoring campaign frequency and audience saturation.

You should be comfortable navigating Meta Ads Manager and understanding the relationship between campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and individual ads.

GoHighLevel (GHL) Management

GoHighLevel will be a major component of this position.

You will work inside GHL to help ensure that advertising campaigns connect properly to lead capture, follow-up, tracking, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing leads and contacts within GHL.
• Monitoring lead pipelines.
• Building and maintaining workflows and automations.
• Creating and updating forms, surveys, calendars, and funnels.
• Connecting lead-generation campaigns to appropriate pipelines.
• Checking that leads are being captured correctly.
• Troubleshooting basic workflow and automation issues.
• Managing tags, triggers, custom fields, and pipeline stages.
• Monitoring automated follow-up sequences.
• Ensuring campaigns and workflows are properly connected.
• Tracking lead sources and campaign attribution.
• Assisting with reporting and campaign-related dashboards.
• Testing forms, workflows, triggers, and automations before campaigns launch.

You should be comfortable navigating GHL independently and be able to troubleshoot common issues without needing step-by-step instructions for every task.

Lead Tracking & Conversion Tracking

Accurate tracking is critical to this position.

You will help ensure that marketing campaigns are generating measurable data from the initial click through the lead-generation process.

Responsibilities may include:

• Verifying conversion tracking.
• Checking forms and lead submissions.
• Confirming that leads are entering the correct GHL pipeline.
• Monitoring lead sources.
• Identifying discrepancies between advertising platforms and CRM data.
• Checking tracking links and campaign parameters.
• Assisting with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion events, or other tracking systems as needed.
• Reporting tracking problems to the appropriate team member.
• Testing campaigns before and after launch to ensure data is being captured correctly.

A campaign that generates leads but does not properly track those leads is not considered fully successful.

Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimization

You will regularly review campaign performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Key metrics may include:

• Click-through rate (CTR)
• Cost per click (CPC)
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Conversion rate
• Return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Return on investment (ROI)
• Lead volume
• Lead quality
• Impression share
• Frequency
• Engagement rate
• Budget utilization

You will be expected to:

• Review campaign performance regularly.
• Identify trends and anomalies.
• Investigate sudden changes in performance.
• Recommend or implement reasonable optimizations.
• Reallocate budgets when appropriate.
• Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences, keywords, ads, and creative.
• Look for opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
• Communicate important performance changes to the marketing team.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply report numbers, but can look at the numbers and ask: "What is happening, why is it happening, and what should we test next?"

Creative & Marketing Support

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and test new advertising concepts.

Responsibilities may include:

• Brainstorming new ad angles.
• Researching competitors and advertising trends.
• Reviewing existing advertisements.
• Suggesting new hooks, offers, and calls-to-action.
• Providing feedback on ad creative.
• Helping organize creative assets.
• Coordinating ad copy and creative testing.
• Assisting with landing-page and funnel improvements.
• Researching customer pain points and marketing opportunities.

You don't necessarily need to be a professional graphic designer or copywriter, but you should have a strong understanding of what makes digital advertising engaging and effective.

Strong communication is essential. If you encounter a problem, we expect you to identify it, investigate it, and communicate it clearly rather than allowing it to go unnoticed.

General Digital Marketing Support

Because BrandKlout.ai is a growing company, this position will support a variety of digital marketing initiatives.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Website and landing-page updates.
• Basic SEO research.
• Keyword research.

We are Folqs, a fast-growing DTC supplement brand specializing in premium health and wellness products across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of scaling our core Google Ads ecosystem - including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max - while expanding our cold-traffic acquisition on YouTube.

You will work closely with our marketing team to test angles, optimize funnels, and scale profitable ad spend. This role goes far beyond simple set-and-forget campaign management. Primary focus is placed on driving core Google Ads performance, with YouTube Ads serving as our critical secondary scaling engine. If you specialize in high-scale Google Ads, DR video funnels, VSL testing, and landing page optimization, this role is built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Drive full-funnel Google ads (#1 priority): Architect, manage, and optimize high-converting Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen, maintaining strict brand defense and retargeting logic.

- Scale YouTube video campaigns: Build and scale cold-traffic YouTube campaigns using VSLs - optimizing campaign structure, placement strategy, creative hooks, and view-through vs. click attribution.

- Optimize Merchant Center & tracking: Oversee Google Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance, and server-side/conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, and multi-touch attribution tools).

- Collaborate on creative strategy: Brief and collaborate with copywriters and video editors on high-performing ad copy, fresh VSL concepts, visual hooks, script angles, and landing page messaging.

- Test & analyze continuously: Execute systematic A/B tests across keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, video angles, and landing page flows. Monitor CAC, ROAS, and overall spend efficiency daily.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience with Google ads in eCommerce.

- Proven track record managing $50k+/month in profitable ad spend across Google Ads.

- Google Ads & GMC mastery: Deep expertise with Performance Max, Google Shopping, keyword strategy, and Merchant Center feed management.

- Strong YouTube Ads capability: Solid hands-on experience running cold traffic on YouTube using VSLs and long-form video creatives.

- Funnel & DR expertise: Strong working knowledge of VSLs, long-form landing pages, quiz funnels, and direct-to-checkout flows.

- Time zone overlap: Minimum 6-hour daily overlap with US Eastern Time (10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET).

- Language skills: Proficient in English (written and verbal) for clear team collaboration.

- AI & data fluency: Daily use of AI tools for research, ideation, and rapid workflow execution, combined with strong data analysis capabilities.

BONUS POINTS

- Experience navigating policy restrictions in the supplement, health, or beauty niches.

- Hands-on experience with attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.).

- Experience with native ads.

- Proven experience scaling DTC brands from six to seven figures per month.

About Vestox Digital

Vestox Digital is a London-based Media Buying Agency founded by a Ukrainian team with 8 years of experience in affiliate marketing and media buying. We focus exclusively on White Hat verticals and long-term partnerships with direct advertisers, building sustainable traffic acquisition systems that scale across Tier-1 markets and multi-million-dollar budgets.

We treat great media buyers as business partners, not employees: significant performance-based upside, direct access to decision-making, and the chance to grow with the company from its earliest stage.

We're looking for a results-driven, independent and confident Google Media Buyer (Middle/Senior) who doesn't just run traffic, but builds efficient marketing that makes serious money.

What you'll be doing

• Generating profit with 40%+ ROI on daily budgets of $5k+ across Google Ads (Search/Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads on White Hat Ecom/Nutra offers (CPA/CPL/RS models);
• Constantly generating new hypotheses, approaches and funnels, and testing them;
• Researching the market and analyzing emerging trends;
• Keeping strict, day-to-day control of budgets and your own KPIs.

What we're looking for

Must have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads;
• 1+ year in the Affiliate industry (traffic arbitrage) or DTC products;
• 1+ year working with Ecom and/or Nutra verticals (White Hat);
• Recent, verifiable success cases with $30k+ monthly profit on Google Ads;
• Solid grasp of Performance and DTC metrics (EPC/RPC/CVR/EVR/CTC, etc.), with the ability to analyze them in depth and make decisions based on the data;
• Experience with trackers and analytics tools (GA, Clarity, Tableau, Campaignswell + ClickFlare/PeerClick/Voluum, etc.);
• Deep understanding of Google Ads/Microsoft Ads advertising policies and how to apply them when launching affiliate offers;
• Ability to independently select offers, build and test hypotheses, analyze results and scale profitable setups;
• English level B2+.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads);
• Ability to create pre-landers (LanderLab/Duda/ClickFunnels) and creatives (Creatify/Pixlr/GoogleFlow/Canva) on your own;
• Google Merchant Center and GTM setup skills.

What we offer

• 💰 A motivation system that's unique for the White Hat space, with the potential to earn 4-figure amounts within your first months;
• 🎯 Proven, private offers with strong payouts, high-converting funnels and a ready-built infrastructure tailored specifically to Ecom/Nutra PPC;
• 🤝 Direct access to the CEO: implement your own ideas without red tape and resolve issues in real time;
• 🌍 Fully remote work, B2B contract;
• 📈 A clearly defined growth path up to Team Lead / Head of Media Buying / CPO for those who want it and can deliver.

How to apply

Send us your CV along with a short description of your best case from the last 3 months (vertical, GEO, daily budget, ROI, etc.). Please start your case description with the words "White Hat" so we know you've read everything carefully.

Smart Ink is an international manufacturer of high-quality compatible cartridges and toners for all major printer brands — HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, and Samsung. For more than nine years, we have been building affordable, high-quality products that hold top positions on Amazon in the Office Products and Home Office categories. Every year, we develop and launch 10–15 new products, taking each one from idea and product development to a successful launch and bestseller status across the US, Canadian, and European marketplaces.

Our mission is to change the rules of the game in the printing industry by making high-quality printing more affordable and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We strive to give customers confidence in every Smart Ink purchase by standing behind our products and supporting them whenever needed.

As Smart Ink continues to grow, we are building an additional PPC team to help us scale faster, launch more products, and reach our growth targets more efficiently.

That’s why we are looking for a strong Middle PPC Specialist — someone who spots opportunities, brings ideas, tests them, and owns them through to measurable results. This is a role for a proactive person who wants to directly influence how our products perform on Amazon, not simply follow an established playbook.

This is a full-time role. You can work from our A+ class office in central Kyiv (5 minutes from Pecherska metro) or remotely

Key job responsibilities

• Initiate and run experiments with Amazon advertising campaigns, and propose new strategies and creative approaches.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising daily, looking beyond standard playbooks for new sources of sales growth.
• Set bids and budgets to achieve the targets set for your products.
• Create and manage Amazon Attribution campaigns and links in the ad console for external traffic.
• Track competitors, identify what works for them, and adapt it into our campaigns.
• Use analytics — ACoS, CPA, ROI, clicks, conversion — to drive decisions and campaign proposals.
• Build the views you need: pivot tables and quick working dashboards that let you analyze data, support a decision, and make your case to the team.
• Contribute to team-level analysis of results and planning of next steps.
• Adapt quickly to changes in Amazon algorithms and market trends, and find new advertising tools and approaches.
• Report on campaign performance and its impact on sales and other metrics.
• React quickly to shifts in the niche and the product, adjusting strategy and campaign settings to that dynamic.
• Manage six-figure advertising budgets.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience running Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Experience with Amazon Attribution: you understand how Amazon attributes external traffic and can set it up yourself.
• Confident Excel and Google Sheets: you can structure raw data, build a pivot or a working dashboard from scratch, and use it to prove a point. Experience with Brand Analytics, Business Reports, Helium 10, SQP, and My Real Profit.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns and reduce spend without losing sales.
• The courage to put an idea on the table, take ownership of it, and drive it to the intended outcome.
• English at B2 level or above.
• A portfolio of campaigns or case studies: the products you worked on, where their metrics started, where you took them, and what you did to get there.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with external advertising that drives traffic to Amazon (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads).

• Experience managing products on Amazon and working with listing content or niche research.

What we offer

• Working hours 12:00–21:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday — this schedule lets the team work effectively with the US and Canadian markets.
• Base rate plus a performance bonus of up to 100% of base.
• 24 days of paid vacation per year.
• Paid training and professional development.
• Compensation for English lessons.
• A corporate program that covers sessions with a psychologist.
• Free access to all company learning resources: courses and training from leading experts in e-commerce, analytics, management, and more.
• Corporate gifts, team-building events, and other activities.

Hiring process: application → recruiter interview → test assignment → technical interview with the hiring manager → final interview → job offer.

We value your time, so we do our best to keep the hiring process moving as quickly as possible.

More about us:

• № 1 in the US and Canada markets among compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges
• Smart Ink cartridges are available in 31 countries.
• In nine years the company has grown from zero to 60,000–70,000 units sold per month.
• Our customer is the end consumer (B2C).
• A stable brand present on the most competitive markets: USA, Canada, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain.
• Our focus for the next two years: to become the largest brand in compatible and remanufactured cartridges and toners on the online markets where we operate.
• We have been systematically supporting units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion.

TimelinesAI is hiring a Performance Ads Manager to own results across every paid channel we run — and to own them on a daily loop, not a weekly report.

This is not a classic media-buying role. We already work with an agency; the agency isn't the problem. The problem is that nobody on our side owns the feedback loop between what a campaign spends and what it actually produces. That's the job.

🚀 About TimelinesAI

TimelinesAI is a B2B SaaS platform helping businesses manage WhatsApp conversations with customers through a shared inbox and deep CRM integrations.

• 🌍 3,000+ clients across 40+ countries
• 📈 Sustained 2x+ YoY growth through 2025
• 💬 The most complete WhatsApp ↔ CRM integration on the market
• 🛠️ Live on every major B2B marketplace that matters to our ICP
• 🤖 AI-native operating model — every function is being rebuilt around agents

🎯 Your mission: make paid efficient, on a daily cycle

You own the outcome of every dollar we spend on Google Ads, Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads and Meta — across a growing set of landing pages, CRM integration pages and marketplace surfaces.

🔁 The loop we want you to build

Here's the thing we've never had, stated plainly: a campaign runs on Google Ads. The UTM points at, say, our PipeDrive integration page. Every day, something looks at the data and says: keyword A brought 20 visitors — 5 scrolled the page and clicked the form, 2 registered, 10 bounced. Keyword B brought 10 clicks and zero engagement. And there's a standing rule: 30 empty visitors on a keyword and it goes to negatives.

That daily cycle — keyword-level analysis, negatives, landing page fixes, budget shifts — is what's been missing. Our agency gives feedback once a week. In paid, roughly 5% of traffic works. The whole job is spending less on the other 95%.

📌 What you'd own

• All paid channels. Google Ads, Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads, Meta. Agencies tend to get lost the moment you hand them a second channel; you're the single owner across all of them.
• The agencies. We keep working with them where they're useful. You brief them, hold them to data, and decide what they keep running. You're the person the result belongs to.
• Analytics and attribution. UTM discipline, funnel tracking, PostHog dashboards, connecting ad spend to trial and paid conversion. When the numbers and the story disagree, you say so.
• Landing pages. You don't just buy the traffic; you improve where it lands. Test, measure, iterate.
• AI-assisted volume. Our agency tests two creatives per campaign. With AI you should be testing dozens. Same for keyword analysis, reporting and negatives — we expect these loops to be automated, and we'll help you build them.

🧠 What you bring

• 3+ years running paid acquisition, ideally in-house at a B2B SaaS company — you've owned a number, not just a media plan.
• Real Google Ads depth: search campaign structure, keyword and negative management, quality score, conversion tracking.
• Analytical fluency. You can read a funnel end to end and find where the money is leaking.
• You work with AI tools daily, or you clearly want to. This role is built around short automated loops. If you'd rather pull reports by hand, it isn't a fit.
• Comfort managing external agencies on data, not on vibes.

💡 Bonus points

• You've run paid for a PLG or self-serve SaaS product with a free trial.
• You've experimented with newer paid surfaces — Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads — beyond Google and Meta.
• You've built your own reporting automation, script or agent instead of waiting for a dashboard.
• You've worked on landing page CRO, not just campaign management.

🧪 How we hire

• Screening question — a real use case, in your own words.
• Short call.
• Paid test task: we show you a live campaign and its funnel data. You tell us what you'd cut, what you'd fix, and what loop you'd set up so the question answers itself daily.

🌎 Why join us

• Full ownership. Paid is currently split across a founder and an agency. You'd be the first person whose whole job is making it work.
• Fully remote, async-friendly. Work from anywhere.
• Real budget, real freedom to reallocate it. Including channels most SaaS companies haven't touched yet.
• AI-native team. Every function here is being rebuilt around agents; you'll have peers doing the same in sales, support and product.
• Ship fast. No quarterly planning theater.

🏢 About the Company

We are an Amazon growth agency and brand incubator with 8 years of experience in the market. We manage both our own proprietary brands and full-service client accounts across the US, Canada, EU, and UK marketplaces.

Our mission is to scale Amazon businesses through data-driven PPC strategies and holistic marketplace management, turning advertising opportunities into sustainable brand growth and profitability.

We don't only manage client accounts, we also build, own, and scale our own Amazon brands. This means our strategies are tested on real businesses and real budgets.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist to take ownership of PPC management for our brands, while also supporting other client brand accounts over time.

You won't simply receive a list of tasks to execute. You'll work closely with the team to understand the broader strategy, translate it into campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously identify opportunities for growth.

We're looking for someone with strong Amazon PPC fundamentals and the potential to become a strategic PPC owner.

🔥 Responsibilities

During the first year, you will take full ownership of our primary Jewelry brand - a high-volume account with an extensive catalog and a $60,000/month PPC budget spanning the US, Canada, and European marketplaces.

🎯 Strategic Collaboration & Execution

• Co-Creating Strategy: Partner directly with the CEO/Head of Marketing to map out high-

level growth strategies, launch plans, and profitability targets.

• Full Implementation: Take direct responsibility for converting those strategic frameworks

into active, well-structured campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored

Display, and Video).

🔎 Ongoing Campaign Optimization

• Catalog-Wide Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine performance across a large

SKU catalog, optimizing bids, placements, budget allocations, and target keywords to hit

aggressive ACoS/TACoS goals.

• Market-Specific Tuning: Tailor campaign structures and keyword strategies to account for

audience nuances across the US, CA, and EU markets.

🤝 Leveraging Execution Support

• Task Delegation: Direct and manage our dedicated Philippines support team for repetitive,

time-intensive operational tasks (e.g., routine data entry, bulk keyword uploads, basic report

generation) so you remain focused on high-level strategy and optimization.

• Quality Control: Oversee the work completed by the support team to ensure accurate

execution and workflow continuity.

📈 Tool Integration & Performance Tracking

• AI Optimization: Utilize and help refine our proprietary in-house AI optimization tools to

streamline bidding adjustments and identify campaign inefficiencies.

• Reporting: Audit account performance regularly and track key growth metrics to ensure

maximum ROI on ad spend.

🔎 Strong understanding of Amazon Ads and Sponsored Ads

⚙️ Experience working with Amazon Ads Manager / Campaign Manager

📑Comfortable working with large amounts of campaign data

⚙️Experience with Helium 10 is strongly preferred

🤖Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini

🙋Ability to work independently without detailed step-by-step instructions

🗣English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

🧠Willingness to learn and develop into a more strategic PPC role

💡 We are open to candidates with less experience if they demonstrate excellent learning ability, strong PPC fundamentals, strategic thinking, and impressive AI skills.

🧠 Who Will Thrive in This Role?

⚡ Learns fast: you can understand a new PPC concept and apply it without extensive hand-holding.

• 230+ бренд та комунікаційних стратегій для особистих брендів;
• 2 200 000+ підписників залучили нашим клієнтам;
• з 2020 року розвиваємо Особисті Бренди;

• Стабільну роботу в агенції № 1 у сфері розвитку особистих брендів;
• Цікаві проєкти, які допоможуть тобі вирости як digital-спеціалісту;
• Заробітну плату, яка залежить від кількості проєктів (оптимальне навантаження — до 15 проєктів, щоб не перетворювати якість на конвеєр);
• Додаткові бонуси за розширення зони відповідальності та проявлену ініціативу (за окремі задачі та запуски);
• Full-time, Пн-Пт, 9:30—19:00; hybrid формат роботи;
• Навчання, корпоративні тренінги та можливість навчатися у CEO і запрошених експертів;
• Стажування та повноцінне введення в посаду;
• Підтримку керівництва;
• Реальне кар'єрне зростання (горизонтальне або вертикальне за бажанням);
• Команду сильних спеціалістів, які працюють над амбітними проєктами.

Що буде в твоїй зоні відповідальності

• запуск і ведення реклами в Meta Ads / Business Manager;
• реклама на підписників і лідогенерація;
• робота з бюджетами та їх планування;
• аналіз CPM, CTR, CPL, ціни підписника та інших ключових показників;
• тестування креативів, аудиторій, оферів і рекламних зв’язок;
• пошук причин, коли результат погіршується, та швидке їх виправлення;
• створення ТЗ на креативи, робота з Reels, гачками та оферами;
• участь у формуванні рекламної стратегії під конкретний особистий бренд;

• помічати проблеми;
• контролювати бюджети;
• пропонувати рішення;
• тестувати нові гіпотези;
• попереджати про ризики;

• досвід у таргеті від 2 років (якщо маєш досвід роботи з особистими брендами — розглядаємо від 1 року досвіду) ;
• впевнена робота з Meta Ads / Business Manager;
• розуміння рекламної аналітики;
• вміння працювати з бюджетами;
• розуміння воронки та продажів;
• бажання розбиратися в креативах, а не просто запускати готові;
• досвід з особистими брендами — великий плюс;
