Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

WinexAff is a fast-growing affiliate network in the digital marketing industry, and we are expanding our team.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the affiliate program
• Attract new partners and build long-term relationships
• Communicate and negotiate with affiliates and advertisers
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
• Support and grow the partner network

🔹 Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience working specifically in an affiliate network (preferably gambling/iGaming)
• Understanding of affiliate marketing tools and traffic models
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Existing industry contacts will be a plus
• English level — B1+
