Senior Python/AI Engineer (LangGraph)

ABOUT THE COMPANY
AI startup building digital employees (AI agents) that handle real business operations — not another ChatGPT wrapper. Our architecture: a modular monolith (uv workspaces + Turborepo) that cleanly extracts into microservices once product-market fit is reached.

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Rapid MVP development of AI agents
— Building and maintaining agent graphs with LangGraph
— Background task orchestration (Temporal — upcoming)
— Enforcing strict modularity within the monorepo
— Working with LLMs and vector databases

MUST-HAVE
— Senior Python / Backend engineer
— Strong FastAPI and PostgreSQL skills
— Solid understanding of modular architecture
— Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems with LangGraph

NICE-TO-HAVE
— Product thinking
— React / Next.js
— Temporal (orchestration)
— Vector DBs: Qdrant, pgvector
