What you'll build: — AI agents and multi-agent systems from architecture to deployable MVP — Backend systems for orchestration, memory, tool execution, and integrations — LLM pipelines, RAG, vector search, and automation workflows — Lightweight but production-ready dashboards and internal tools

What we expect: — 5+ years of commercial development experience — Python 3+ years — must have. This is non-negotiable — Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript as a complement — Proven track record of shipping fast MVPs and real user-facing products — Solid experience with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or custom) — Strong understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and backend systems — High ownership — you move from idea to working implementation without hand-holding — Comfortable in ambiguity and startup speed

Nice to have: — Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate) — Familiarity with Playwright, browser/mobile automation — Docker, basic DevOps for agent deployment — n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms
