Lead Generation Specialist (B2B / Outreach)

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will play a key role in building and scaling our outbound engine across international markets.

If you know how to turn research into replies, and replies into real opportunities — you’ll fit right in.

This is not a “list-building” role. This is about creating predictable pipeline through smart, modern outreach (LinkedIn, email, AI tools, automation, and sharp targeting).

You’ll work closely with sales and founders to directly impact revenue and growth.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with international clients, where speed, ownership, and results matter.

You will work in a Zoom office format and use a time tracking tool to ensure transparency, focus, and structured execution of daily goals.

Working schedule is aligned with the New York (EST) time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale outbound lead generation pipelines for international B2B markets
  • Identify, research, and segment high-potential prospects based on ICP
  • Run personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email
  • Craft and optimize messaging that drives replies and qualified interest
  • Maintain and manage structured lead databases (CRM / spreadsheets / tools)
  • Qualify inbound/outbound leads and pass warm opportunities to sales
  • Continuously test and improve outreach strategies, copy, and targeting
  • Monitor performance metrics (reply rates, conversion rates, lead quality)
  • Collaborate with sales to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy
  • Contribute to improving overall outbound systems and processes

    Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, Sales, or Outbound roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and modern outbound strategies
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
  • Ability to research, segment, and clearly define ICPs
  • Strong written English (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate or higher for outreach)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Proactive, test-and-learn mindset with focus on results and ownership
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
