Content Specialist (English and 2nd European Language)

We are currently looking for a strong Content Specialist to join KOSMO — a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and editing web content (landing pages, articles).
• Managing content production across multiple markets.
• Hiring and managing freelancers (writers, editors).
• Adapting and localizing content for different European markets.
• Working with AI tools and LLMs to optimize content workflows.
• Ensuring content quality and consistency of tone of voice.
• Collaborating with SEO and marketing teams on content strategy execution.

Must-have experience:

• Proven proficiency in English (C1) and another European language (GE/ES/ITA/FR/NL/NOR or similar) at an Advanced level.
• 1.5+ years of experience in writing or editing web content (landing pages, articles).
• Experience in hiring and managing freelancers (writers, editors).
• Experience working with AI/LLM tools.
