SEO Specialist (Business-Driven)

We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who combines strong technical and content expertise with a clear understanding of business goals. This role is hands-on and strategic: translating business objectives into actionable digital growth plans — and executing them end to end.

Key Responsibilities

▸ Turn client business goals into clear SEO and digital roadmaps 

▸ Own and execute SEO activities: technical SEO, on-page, content, internal linking, optimization 

▸ Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles and adapt strategies to AI-driven search environments 

▸ Analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations 

▸ Proactively identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement 

▸ Communicate clearly and confidently with client managers and internal teams

Requirements

✔ Proven, hands-on experience in SEO with measurable results 

✔ Strong understanding of modern SEO, including GEO and evolving search ecosystems 

✔ Ability to think strategically while executing independently 

✔ Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset

✔ Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach

✔ English — B1+ (Intermediate): ability to hold working conversations, participate in calls, and communicate with international clients in writing and verbally

Compensation

💰 Hourly rate — discussed individually 🕐 Flexible hours based on project scope
