We are looking for a strategic Media Buyer to scale Tier-1 campaigns for high-LTV mainstream dating products. This isn't just about traffic volume; it’s about deep funnel optimization and long-term user value (ROAS-based approach).


What You Will Do:

  • Performance-Driven Scaling: Execute and scale full-funnel TikTok campaigns with a primary focus on ROAS, LTV, and Value-based optimization.
  • Data Analysis: Use advanced tracking (Events API, offline conversions) to optimize campaigns based on back-end revenue, not just front-end clicks.
  • Strategic Testing: Design and run A/B tests for landing pages, funnels (quizzes/surveys), and creative hooks tailored to the US 45+ male demographic.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate on creative strategies that resonate with a mature audience, moving away from aggressive "adult" baits to emotional and high-intent engagement.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of expertise in TikTok Ads Manager (specific experience with US/Tier-1 markets).
  • Mainstream Experience: Proven track record in Mainstream Dating, E-commerce, or Subscription-based apps (we value quality and compliance).
  • Advanced Tracking Knowledge: Deep understanding of TikTok Pixel, Signal health, and Attribution models.
  • Mindset: You think in terms of CAC vs. LTV and know how to stabilize performance at scale.
  • English: B2+ (fluent professional communication).


The Offer:

  • Base Salary: $2,500 – $3,000+ (commensurate with expertise and past budgets handled).
  • Performance Bonuses: Uncapped upside based on net profit/ROAS.
