 PR Manager  for the international product IT company,  which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide. 

  The company develops white-label platforms for enterprise clients—custom turnkey solutions to automate and optimize digital advertising.

Products company : SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange platforms.

Main markets - Tier 1-2 

Marketing team - marketer  manager, designer, 4 content writers. 

Locations/Offices - Kyiv, Lviv,  Mykolaiv or remote.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in PR / Communications in B2B Tech, with experience working in international markets
  • Experience in media pitching (securing media publications)
  • Experience executing PR activities using both free and paid tools
  • Experience launching PR campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience writing articles for tier-1 media outlets
  • Experience working with events (conferences, speaking engagements, webinars)
  • Experience developing personal brands for C-level executives
  • Understanding of ABM or experience in close collaboration with Sales teams
  • Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership
  • Strong writing skills (English required, C1+) + spoken English level Upper-Intermediate+
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of the company’s global PR strategy, including positioning and key brand messaging.
  •  Planning PR activities (media relations, thought leadership, partnerships) and managing the content calendar. 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media and journalists, ensuring consistent high-quality publications in relevant outlets.
  •  Pitching company topics and speakers for media coverage, podcasts, and conferences. 
  • Developing personal brands of C-level executives through LinkedIn, expert content, and thought leadership. 
  • Organizing company participation in events (conferences, webinars, sponsorships) with a strong focus on PR outcomes. 
  • Monitoring brand mentions and managing brand reputation. 
  • Collaborating with Sales within ABM initiatives by creating tailored content for key accounts. 
  • Preparing press releases, case studies, media kits, and sales materials. 
  • Supporting external communications during rebranding initiatives and managing public brand perception.
