B2B Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a hands-on B2B social media strategist to turn our LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube presence into a brand awareness powerhouse. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating impactful content in B2B SaaS or highly technical industries like cybersecurity, and wants to work directly with our subject-matter experts and team voices to amplify their insights across channels.

What you’ll do:

• Own the social media strategy and content roadmap for LinkedIn, and build out X, Instagram and YouTube from the ground up, then execute it yourself, from planning to publishing
• Coordinate distribution through team members’ individual LinkedIn profiles to extend organic reach beyond the corporate page
• Use AI tools to generate and edit creatives for social media within our corporate design system and tone-of-voice, keeping quality and brand consistency high
• Shoot and edit video content, turning raw footage into publish-ready posts for LinkedIn and YouTube
• Continuously test formats, hooks, and content angles across channels, and double down on what grows visibility and engagement
• Track channel performance and report against brand awareness goals, adjusting strategy based on what the data shows
• Collaborate with design and marketing to keep messaging and visual standards aligned across all channels
• Report on strategy, execution, and results to VP Marketing

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience managing a founder’s personal brand on LinkedIn or corporate LinkedIn page (B2B, SaaS, or similar)
• Track record of driving measurable results via social media (leads, engagement, traffic)
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (and more importantly — controlling quality, not just generating content)
• Strong execution mindset: you can move fast, test ideas, and iterate without waiting for perfect input
