B2B Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a hands-on B2B social media strategist to turn our LinkedIn and YouTube presence into a lead generation engine and a brand awareness powerhouse. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating impactful content in SaaS or highly technical industries like cybersecurity, and wants to work directly with our CEO and subject-matter experts to amplify their insights.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence as the primary growth channel (content creation, publishing)
• Work directly with the CEO to translate ideas, expertise, and feedback into content 
• Use AI tools to generate, edit, and scale content (text, visuals, presentations, video), while maintaining high quality and consistency
• Support the company’s LinkedIn page and distribution through internal stakeholders’ profiles
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on what drives visibility, engagement, and leads
• Collaborate with design and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and visual standards

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience managing a founder’s personal brand on LinkedIn or corporate LinkedIn page (B2B, SaaS, or similar)
• Track record of driving measurable results via social media (leads, engagement, traffic)
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (and more importantly — controlling quality, not just generating content)
• Strong execution mindset: you can move fast, test ideas, and iterate without waiting for perfect input
