Promo Manager

We are looking for a Promo Manager to join our team. This role will involve the creation and timely delivery of emails, bonuses, web pushes and other required communications. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will be responsible for the timely creation and delivery of emails, push notifications, pop-ups, and SMS campaigns for our brands;
• You will perform user segmentation to ensure relevant and effective communication;
• Your tasks will include setting up, testing, and monitoring bonus mechanics;
• You will be responsible for publishing promotional materials on websites;
• You will fully support the campaign creation process, collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, game managers, and the product team;
• You will monitor the spam rate of your campaigns and promptly handle unsubscribe requests or spam complaints;
• You will apply a basic understanding of email marketing best practices — including proper audience selection (e.g., excluding unsubscribed or blocked users).

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• At least 1 year of experience in email or CRM marketing;
• Experience working with tools like Customer.io (or similar platforms);
• Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Understanding of user segmentation principles and content creation;
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to tasks;
• Basic knowledge of HTML will be a plus.

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience working with analytics to evaluate campaign performance and understand user behavior;
• Ability to analyze market trends and collect best practices;
• Interest in developing analytical skills within CRM/retention marketing.
