Content Manager

We’re hiring a Content Manager to run the engine behind our SEO delivery for SaaS and e-commerce clients.
This is not a writing role.
You’ll be managing strategists, systems, and execution.
What you’ll do
- Oversee SEO Strategists (each handling multiple accounts)
- Ensure all client work is on time, high quality, and aligned with revenue goals
- Manage and maintain the central tracker (deadlines, phases, deliverables)
- Review content plans and ensure they are commercially viable
- Spot issues early and fix bottlenecks
- Improve internal processes and workflows
- Step in on client communication when needed
- Make sure the procurement aligns with client contract
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of SaaS / e-commerce SEO
- Experience with commercial intent / revenue-driven content
- Ability to quickly judge what’s good vs bad
- Highly organized, responsive, and accountable
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude
Role details
- Part-time to start (~10 hrs/week)
- Scope grows based on performance
- You’ll manage strategists handling 4–6 accounts each
