Now, weβre looking for a Growth Product Manager β a data-driven and experiment-oriented professional who will own the growth roadmap, design scalable strategies, and accelerate product performance across key funnels and markets.

What you will do:
β Own and optimize the full conversion funnel β from acquisition and onboarding to purchase and retention β with a strong focus on web performance, monetization, and pricing;
β Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments to improve key metrics such as ARPU and LTV;
β Run A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights;
β Leverage AI tools to enhance hypothesis generation, prioritization, and A/B testing processes (including ideation, analysis, and insight extraction);
β Collaborate closely with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics teams to identify, test, and scale high-impact growth opportunities;
β Analyze user behavior and performance data to discover conversion bottlenecks and growth levers;
β Research markets and competitors to inform positioning, pricing, and funnel improvements;
β Build and maintain a structured hypothesis pipeline, using frameworks like ICE or RICE to drive prioritization;
β Report key learnings and insights to leadership, translating data into strategy and next-step actions.
What weβre looking for:
β 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
β Proven success in conversion optimization, monetization, and scaling acquisition or retention funnels;
β Strong proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation design, and data-driven decision-making;
β Deep understanding of unit economics, LTV/CAC, and core performance metrics;
β Practical experience using AI tools to support hypothesis generation, experimentation (A/B testing), and data analysis;
β Experience working with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms;
β Ability to develop and validate growth hypotheses across the funnel, supported by both quantitative and qualitative data;
β Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Product, UA, and Creative teams;
β Analytical yet user-centric mindset, balancing business growth with real user value;
β Confident English (B2+).
