Content Manager

At Netrocket, content is how we build authority in the US HVAC market. We're looking for a Content Manager who can take our YouTube channel, podcast, and website content off the team's plate — and run it independently. If you're organized, proactive, and fluent in English, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

YouTube Management

• Upload horizontal videos with all required elements (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
• Generate video thumbnails via AI tools (or coordinate with a designer)
• Prepare CTA scripts for the CEO when needed
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing schedule
• Review and sort raw video footage into organized folders
   

Podcast Management

• Publish audio podcasts across all major platforms; register on platforms where the company isn’t present yet

   

Community & Outreach

• Monitor and respond to YouTube comments
• Conduct podcast guest outreach: work through a list and invite relevant people to the CEO’s podcast

Requirements

• Advanced English — written and spoken (essential for outreach and content)
• Hands-on experience publishing content in WordPress
• Comfortable working with multiple content formats: text, images, video (not at designer/editor level)
• HTML/CSS basics — a plus
• Ownership mindset: executes independently, meets deadlines, takes responsibility
• Organized and self-managed — no micromanagement needed
