UGC Content Operations Manager / UGC Talent Coordinator

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the full operational cycle of working with UGC creators: from sourcing and negotiations to contracts, quality control of materials, file uploads, and reporting.

We need someone who will find suitable people to create content for our products, negotiate with them, launch content production, and make sure everything is done according to the brief, on time, and at the required quality level.

What the person will do

1. Sourcing UGC creators, models, and actors

Search for suitable people for content shoots through different channels: social media, direct search, Fiverr, TikTok creator platforms / UGC platforms.

2. Communication and negotiations

Communicate with creators in English: negotiate pricing, deadlines, content format, number of videos, revisions, usage rights, and terms of use for the materials.

The person should be able to negotiate and bargain, as well as resolve minor conflict situations: delays, low-quality content, misunderstanding of the brief, additional terms and contract formats, lack of response, etc.

3. Briefs and task setting

Prepare and send clear briefs to creators.

Make sure the creator correctly understands the task: what needs to be filmed, in what format, which shots are mandatory, and which mistakes must be avoided.

Adapt the brief to the creator or format when needed. Work with different UGC formats: videos, podcast-style creatives, talking head, lifestyle B-rolls, etc.

4. Contracts, rights, and documents

Coordinate the contract process with creators.

Collect the required information and pass the data to the legal team or responsible person. Track which type of contract is needed for each specific creator.

5. Content quality control

Review all received content: videos, photos, individual shots, and source files. Check whether the materials match the brief.

6. Files, spreadsheets, and reporting

Maintain spreadsheets for creators, orders, statuses, contracts, payments, deadlines, and materials. Update statuses for each creator and each content item. This is one of the most important parts of the role. We need someone who does not miss details and does not forget to update trackers.

7. Working with platforms

It is desirable that the person knows how to work with, or is ready to learn, the following tools:

Fiverr, TikTok creator / UGC platforms, Lemlist, Zoho Invoice or similar services, Google Sheets, Google Drive, task trackers.

For Lemlist: it is desirable to understand how to upload leads, fill in email sequences, check emails, launch campaigns, and track replies.

For TikTok / UGC platforms: the person will need to work with platforms where a brand publishes a brief and creators submit ready-made creatives or applications. The person will need to organize these processes, create clear briefs, review incoming materials, and select suitable creators.

8. AI / neural networks

Experience with AI is not required, but will be a plus. It is important that the person is ready to work with AI tools if needed. We need someone who is not afraid of new tools and is ready to carefully test different approaches.

Mandatory requirements

English: confident written and spoken level.

Experience working with UGC creators, models, actors, freelancers, creator platforms, talent sourcing, or similar tasks.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Ability to manage many parallel tasks.

Ability to negotiate and communicate with a large number of people.

Understanding of what high-quality UGC content is: natural delivery, good lighting, sound, framing, clear message, and alignment with the brief.

Responsible attitude toward contracts, payments, content rights, and reporting.

Will be a plus

  • Experience working with Fiverr.
  • Experience working with TikTok creator platforms / UGC platforms.
  • Experience with Lemlist.
  • Experience with Zoho Invoice or other invoice tools.
  • Good level of experience with Google Sheets / Excel.

Personal qualities

We need a person who:

is very attentive to details, does not lose information, likes order in spreadsheets and files, knows how to complete tasks, is not afraid to message people and negotiate, knows how to bargain, reacts calmly to problems, does not need constant micromanagement, and takes deadlines, contracts, and money seriously.
