We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Account Health Manager who will take ownership of Amazon compliance operations, account health monitoring, and communication with Amazon support teams.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in handling multiple cases at once. You will play a key role in protecting and growing our Amazon business.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor Amazon Account Health dashboard, policy warnings, and compliance metrics on a daily basis
- Respond quickly and professionally to Amazon performance notifications, listing suppressions, and policy alerts
- Submit and track required documentation:
- COAs (Certificates of Analysis)
- cGMP certificates
- lab test results
- invoices and supporting files
- Manage supplement-related compliance cases, including product claims, ingredient restrictions, and label requirements
- Communicate with Amazon Seller Support and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with product, logistics, and regulatory partners to gather documents before deadlines
- Proactively review listings and ASINs for potential compliance risks
- Maintain trackers for open cases, escalations, deadlines, and resolved issues
- Prepare regular reports on account health status and action plans
What You Bring
- 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, preferably focused on Account Health or compliance operations
- Strong experience communicating with Amazon support through cases and escalations
- Proven ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously
- Experience handling documentation requests and policy-related matters
- Excellent written English โ clear, professional, and persuasive
- High attention to detail and structured working style
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to follow through until resolution
- Calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure
Nice to Have
- Experience with dietary supplements or regulated categories
- Understanding of U.S. Food and Drug Administration supplement regulations
- Experience with Amazon US marketplace
- Familiarity with flat files, listing reinstatements, and escalation workflows
