We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager (SMM) to execute our global social media strategy and drive brand growth.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in iGaming, gaming, or digital products.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their algorithms.
• Experience in content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Ability to create engaging content briefs and work closely with designers and copywriters.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions).
• Experience in creating and managing content for websites (landing pages, promotional content, updates).
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken).
• English B2.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage the company’s social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on insights and analytics.
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content relevant and engaging.
• Support content creation for the website (landing pages, promotional updates, announcements).
• Maintain brand tone of voice and visual consistency across all channels.

• Engage with the audience and support community interaction when needed.
