We’re currently looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer (Crypto | Facebook) — someone who doesn’t just run ads, but leads, scales, and drives consistent performance.

🚀 Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Facebook media buyers
• Scale campaigns in the Crypto vertical
• Own and optimize key metrics: CPL, CPA, CR, ROI
• Manage traffic volume vs. lead quality balance
• Generate, test, and scale hypotheses
• Build and maintain clear analytics (plan vs actual, KPI tracking)
• Collaborate with design, tech, and farm teams
   

🧠 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in Crypto / Finance (Facebook Ads)
• Has team management experience or is ready to step up into a lead role
• Knows how to scale profitable funnels, not just find them
• Strong with performance metrics and data-driven decision making
