Junior Marketing Specialist

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist who will help us find our first users and grow the product through simple content and community engagement.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn real product marketing in a startup, not just manage social media.

Responsibilities

• Write simple posts and comments in English (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, etc.)
• Help find and engage with potential users in online communities
• Create basic content (short posts, simple articles)
• Assist with posting content regularly
• Support user acquisition through organic channels
• Collect basic feedback from users and share it with the founder
• Track simple metrics (views, clicks, signups)

Requirements

• Basic experience or strong interest in marketing / SMM / content
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written)
• Ability to write clearly and simply (no complex wording needed)
• Willingness to learn and try new things
• Responsible and able to work independently

Will be a plus

• Any experience with social media or content creation
• Interest in health, wellness, or self-improvement topics
• Experience using Reddit or other online communities
• Basic understanding of how online content works
