At Leaply, we value ownership over job titles, and impact over process. As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Reputation Manager to own our brand’s digital presence — from App Store ratings to Reddit conversations — and turn our customers’ voice into a competitive advantage.
 

In this role, you’ll own the full reputation function: building monitoring systems, managing reviews, executing ORM/SERM/ASO strategy, and shaping how millions of people perceive Leaply.
 

What you’ll do:
 

  • Own Online Reputation: Monitor and manage brand presence across Trustpilot, Reddit, Quora, and other key platforms — proactively identifying threats and opportunities.
  • Drive App Store Performance: Manage reviews and ratings on App Store & Google Play, developing and executing strategies to increase ratings and conversion.
  • Build Organic Presence: Execute ORM/SERM/ASO strategy to improve brand visibility and sentiment in organic search and app stores.
  • Analyze & Report: Build dashboards and reporting systems to track reputation metrics across all assets and deliver actionable insights to the team.
  • Content & Outreach: Coordinate owned media content (blog, Medium, Reddit), conduct journalist outreach, and manage relationships with creators and influencers.
  • First Look & SERP Analysis: Conduct regular brand SERP audits and competitive reputation landscape monitoring.
  • AI-powered workflows: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research, content production, monitoring automation, and competitive analysis.
     

You’re a great fit if you:
 

  • Have proven SERM / ORM / Brand Monitoring experience: you understand Google SERP dynamics, how brand reputation is shaped, and how platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, and YouTube interact.
  • Are a strong communicator: English C1, comfortable conducting external outreach, negotiating placements, and writing content for Tier-1 markets.
  • Are data-driven: you work fluently with Google Sheets, Ahrefs/SEMrush/SimilarWeb, build dashboards, and use data to guide decisions.
  • Are AI-fluent: You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) in your daily workflow — for research, drafting content, building monitoring pipelines, and speeding up repetitive tasks. You know how to prompt well and think about AI as a multiplier, not a novelty.
  • Understand content coordination: you can write briefs for content teams, maintain brand TOV, and align messaging across platforms.
  • Are tech-savvy: experience with project management tools (Notion, Jira/Asana) and brand monitoring systems.

Bonus points for:

  • Hands-on experience with ASO and App Store optimization.
  • Experience with influencer/YouTube outreach or digital PR.
  • Managing freelancers and external contractors.
  • Knowledge of LLM-based reputation tools and AI-driven content production.
  • Experience with Paid PR placements (Yahoo Finance, BBN Times, PR Newswire, etc.).
