Now, we’re looking for a user-centric Product Marketing Manager β€” someone who will drive real growth by deeply understanding the audience, crafting compelling product narratives, and bridging the gap between user needs and business goals.

What you will do:
β€” Own and optimize the full conversion funnel β€” from onboarding to purchase β€” with a strong focus on web flows, monetization models, and pricing;
β€” Design, test, and scale new monetization strategies to outperform market benchmarks and increase ARPU, Conversion, LTV;
β€” Run A/B tests end-to-end, analyze results, and quickly implement data-driven improvements;
β€” Research markets, competitors, and user behavior (via interviews, heatmaps, and analytics) to uncover growth opportunities and user pain points;
β€” Formulate and validate hypotheses across different funnel stages using both quantitative and qualitative data;
β€” Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Creative Production, Design, and Analytics to ensure alignment, fast execution, and measurable impact.

What we’re looking for:
β€” 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Product roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
β€” Proven track record in conversion optimization, monetization, and pricing strategy (web experience highly preferred);
β€” Strong hands-on experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making;
β€” Solid understanding of unit economics, key product and marketing metrics;
β€” Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities;
β€” Expertise in launching and scaling products from scratch, owning key growth and marketing processes end-to-end.
β€” Analytical yet user-centric mindset, with the ability to balance monetization goals and customer value;
β€” Confident English (B2+)​.
