Creative Strategy Manager (TikTok Shop)

π― Who Are We Looking For?
You are the perfect candidate if you are a Performance Marketer with a passion for content, or a Growth Manager who knows how to break down a viral video into its core components.
Your Experience:
- 2β3+ years in performance marketing, e-commerce, or media buying.
- Experience with TikTok Ads / TikTok Shop or Western markets (US/UK).
- You haven't just "seen" a sales funnel; you have personally optimized one (CTR β CR β Average Check).
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel / Google Sheets are your best friends).
π§ What You Will Do (Your Daily Cycle):
Your work is a continuous cycle of Audit β Hypothesis β Test β Scale:
- Diagnosis: Analyze the funnel to identify where we are losing money. Why is a user watching but not buying?
- Strategy: Define growth vectors. What offers, triggers, and "hooks" will resonate with our audience?
- Hypothesis Generation: Create clear briefs for the content team based on the principle: "If we use this hook β we will gain +10% CTR β because it addresses this specific customer pain point."
- Performance Analysis: Ruthlessly cut what doesnβt work and scale what generates revenue.
