We are growing fast and already managing projects in over 35 countries. Our portfolio includes 3,000+ campaigns for brands like Rozetka, Bosch, Puma, and Uklon.

Our team has 80+ professionals, and now we are looking for a new player — a TikTok Content Creator to strengthen our content expertise.

What you will do:

• Write scripts and propose ideas for TikTok videos;
• Conduct photo and video shoots for clients;
• Edit video materials after the shoots;
• Post content and prepare reports;
• Generate ideas for TikTok strategies.

What we expect:

• Experience in creating content for social media (TikTok);
• Ability to shoot and edit videos using mobile apps (CapCut is a must; knowledge of Premiere Pro or Lightroom is a plus);
• Skills in shooting with professional cameras;
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of style.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with brands or in a marketing agency;
• Understanding of TikTok trends and platform algorithms;
• Experience with analytics (ability to evaluate content performance);
• Experience working with UGC creators or influencers;
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing (understanding what works in ads and which "hooks" engage people);
• Experience in building content strategies for business goals.
