Meta Media Buyer

dNovo Group is looking for a Meta Media Buyer. This is a remote role for someone who knows how to build a paid social strategy, analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into better campaigns, funnels, messaging, and creatives.

 

  • Base pay + performance bonuses

What you’ll do

 

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta.
  • Research and identify profitable audiences to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Develop creative strategy for paid social campaigns, including hooks, messaging angles, ad concepts, and testing ideas.
  • Develop briefs for ad assets (static, video) aligned with campaign objectives
  • Write ad copy for paid social campaigns.
  • Produce, film, edit, or coordinate short-form video ads and static creatives optimized for Meta.
  • Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies, industry trends, and optimization tools.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS, and make data-driven optimization decisions.

 

What’s required:

 

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer with strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram traffic.
  • Experience managing $10k+ monthly ad budgets in Tier-1 markets.
  • Case studies / proven results in lawyer, medical, and other professional service industries.
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign builds, testing, budget pacing, audiences).
  • Strong understanding of advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL) and experience optimizing them.
  • Experience developing ad copy, hooks, and messaging for paid social campaigns
  • Ability to film, edit, and produce short-form video content for paid ads
  • Basic graphic design skills for static ad creation
  • Experience using AI tools to improve ad creative production, copywriting, research, and testing workflows
  • Strong understanding of creative testing and paid social content performance
  • Comfortable researching new angles, trends, offers, and competitors to identify what will work
  • Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools and organizing data.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas for process improvement.
