Website Content Manager

Requirements:

• Experience with website content management (CMS platforms, admin panels: WordPress, Webflow, or other custom dashboards)
• Ability to add, edit, and manage content across multiple websites (including react websites)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Ability to manage and edit landing pages (via CMS, or FTP server)
• Experience working with CRM systems (ability to create, edit, and manage email templates, understanding of email layout structure)
• Experience managing multilingual content (e.g. via Weglot, or similar translation tools)
• Ability to manage and deploy tracking scripts, tags, and pixels (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.)
   

Would be an advantage:

• Experience using project management tools (Azure, Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Familiarity with JavaScript for small code edits or script embedding, understanding of UX/UI principles
• Knowledge of JSON, Markdown, or other data formats
• Experience with website structure and technical SEO (sitemap.xml, metadata, indexation(robots.txt)
• Experience working with APIs (e.g., for integrating CRM, web forms, or translation tools)
• Understanding of A/B testing and CRO basics (e.g., Google Analytics)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content across multiple platforms (CMS/custom dashboards/react-based websites)
• Create, edit, check and publish landing pages, deploy websites ensuring accuracy and consistency of content
• Apply basic HTML/CSS to support content updates and resolve layout issues
• Manage email templates and their content within CRM systems
• Maintain multilingual content and ensure proper localization using translation tools
• Identify and resolve content and website issues, ensuring optimal quality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Account Managers, frontend/backend devs, designers, etc.) to deliver updates
• Manage multiple tasks independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to content management processes and workflows
