Growth Hacker
Our client is a product company building AI agents and digital employees for modern businesses. Our agents take over repetitive operations, research, coordination, and reporting โ so teams can focus on creative and strategic work.
We're assembling our core team and looking for a Growth Hacker who will build the marketing machine from scratch: from strategy to paying customers.
What you'll do
Strategy & positioning: define and sharpen value propositions for different segments (founders, C-level, operations, SMB, mid-market), segment the market by industry and company size, build 3-month and 12-month growth plans focused on fast learning cycles rather than big one-shot campaigns.
Growth experiments & hypothesis validation: turn product ideas into clear testable hypotheses (audience, problem, promise, offer, channel, metric), run A/B tests on landing pages, pricing, trials, and onboarding flows, quickly spin up micro-MVPs for new agent types and verticals, and feed structured insights back to the product team.
Omnichannel funnels & performance marketing: own end-to-end funnels across paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), organic content (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, blog, communities), email automation, partnerships, and in-product funnels. Track CAC, LTV, ROMI, and payback period โ and reallocate budget based on real data, not gut feeling.
Content & creatives: create or commission high-converting assets โ ads, videos, carousels, landing pages, one-pagers โ and build a content plan around use cases, case studies, and AI agent demos.
Sales & product collaboration: align with the founding team and sales on ICP and qualification rules, prepare sales enablement materials (decks, battle cards, ROI calculators), and bring market signals back into the product roadmap.
You're a great fit if you
- Have hands-on experience in B2B and/or B2C growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech products
- Combine strategic thinking with execution โ you run campaigns yourself and know how to read the numbers
- Think in experiments: hypothesis โ test โ insight โ next step
- Can work closely with technical teams and translate market signals into product language
