Head of Operations

We’re looking for a Head of Operations who thrives in high-scale environments and can turn complexity into structured, efficient systems. You have hands-on experience in iGaming media buying teams with $500K–$1M+ monthly spend, understand the full operational flow from traffic to revenue, and think in terms of profitability, scalability, and efficiency. You’re proactive, analytical, and calm under pressure, capable of building and optimizing infrastructure, aligning teams, and ensuring that every process and decision directly contributes to business growth and margin.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Own and manage core departments: Tech, Farm, Finance, BDM, Creative
• Build and scale infrastructure to support $1M+ monthly spend
• Optimize processes to increase profitability and operational efficiency
• Monitor performance, costs, and overall team effectiveness
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly
• Work closely with C-level to analyze, propose, and implement solutions end-to-end
• Ensure clear alignment across teams: everyone understands their role, impact, and goals
• Drive structure, speed, and accountability across all operations

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• Experience as COO / Head of Operations / Team Lead in affiliate or media buying teams
• Hands-on experience in teams with $500K–$1M+ monthly spend
• Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and media buying flow end-to-end
• Experience with tools and infrastructure (Binom, integrations, account systems)
• Solid understanding of P&L, unit economics, and margins
• System thinking: ability to build scalable processes, not just manage chaos
• Strong analytical mindset: focus on profitability, efficiency, and scalability
• Ability to stay calm under pressure (bans, payment issues, scaling challenges)
• High level of ownership and autonomy — you identify problems and solve them
