SMM Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and proactive SMM Team Lead to develop and scale our social media business from scratch. You will be responsible for developing strategy, launching new initiatives, and leading the team to drive user engagement, engagement, and retention.

Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and growth strategies
- Experience in building teams and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance metrics
- Strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Build, manage, and scale the SMM team, including hiring, structuring processes, and launching new directions (streaming, UBT, brand social media, etc.)
- Lead the development of new growth initiatives, including in-house streamer projects and engagement-driven campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and continuously optimize content strategy, positioning, and channel performance
- Establish scalable processes for consistent audience growth and retention across social platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Promo, and content teams to ensure strong visibility, consistent communication, and high-quality content production
- Oversee the creation of visual and copy content through in-house or external resources
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, cost per follower, retention, etc.) and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to improve overall social media effectiveness

Will be a plus
- Experience with streaming platforms and influencer/creator management
- Background in launching social media направления from scratch
- Familiarity with SEO principles for social media
