Senior\ Head of  Marketing to join an international innovative IT product company and iGaming platform provider, part of a global investment holding, dedicated to developing advanced deep-tech solutions for the iGaming industry, which is a part of the investment holding. 

The company develops and delivers a full-cycle Casino & Sportsbook solution (fiat & crypto), and provides operational, marketing, and licensing support.

The product โ€“ modular iGaming platform (18,000+ games)

Main markets โ€“ Global focus; Tier 1โ€“3 markets (EU, LATAM,  Asia).

Company size: 90+ employees 

Role: in a commercial department

Office/work mode: Offices in Armenia, Dubai, Cyprus; fully remote

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior \ Head of Marketing role within the B2B Gambling industry (providers, platforms).
  • Experience in participating in the development and implementation of marketing strategy, setting priorities, and allocating marketing resources.
  • Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in one of the organic or performance channels.
  • Practical experience in launching and managing key marketing channels (SEO, PR, and brand awareness).
  • Experience coordinating and managing outsourcing teams (content, design, SEO etc.)
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics and stages of the B2B sales funnel (lead, MQL, SQL, demo, deal conversion), with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • English - B2+

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in building a marketing system from scratch, including strategy development, processes, and key marketing activities from scratch.
  • Brand positioning and development from scratch, alongside the commercial team
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. 
  • Planning, launching, and managing organic channels (SEO, content marketing, brand event marketing).
  • Launching of paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads), as well as selecting and working with outsourcing agencies.
  • Monitoring marketing KPIs: lead volume, MQL, SQL, CAC, CPL, ROI/ROMI, sales funnel conversion rates, and traffic quality.
  • Selection, preparation, and representation of the company at key industry events, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.
  • Representing the brand in the market, increasing brand awareness, and building trust among partners.
