Copywirter. Content Strategist. Conversation Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker and a master of words to join our team as a Content Strategist & Conversation Designer. 
 

You won't just be "writing articles"; you will be architecting the entire communication flow.

Your goal is to design high-converting messaging sequences for LinkedIn and email, build scalable case study frameworks, and leverage AI to amplify our output.

What You’ll Do

• Conversation Architecture: Design and optimize multi-step outreach sequences that feel personal, professional, and drive high response rates.
• Strategic Case Studies: Develop structured templates and frameworks for client success stories that can be easily adapted for different industries.
• AI Orchestration: Train and fine-tune LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) on our company’s unique Tone of Voice to automate content production without losing quality.
• Messaging Playbooks: Create "messaging kits" for the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Iteration & Analysis: Analyze the performance of communication chains and refine scripts based on real-world data and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Systemic Writing: You don't just write; you build systems. You understand how one message leads to another in a complex B2B sales cycle.
• Outreach Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn etiquette and cold outreach psychology. You know how to break through the noise.
• AI Literacy: Experience with advanced prompting, building custom GPTs, or training models to replicate a specific writing style.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical achievements into compelling value propositions (Case Studies).
• English Level: B2 (Fluent) with a sharp sense of modern business vernacular.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in a Sales Enablement or Growth Marketing role.
• Technical background or understanding of the IT sector.
• A portfolio of successful outreach campaigns or automated content workflows.
