We are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Motion Designer to join our team. If you love experimenting with new video styles, know your way around AI tools, and can turn a static idea into an engaging story, we’d love to talk to you!

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in motion design. 
  • You can create both static and animated designs and understand how they impact marketing results.
  • English level: B1 or higher.
  • Mandatory Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere.
  • Nice to have Tools: AI creative tools, hand-drawing skills, or character design basics, and knowledge of 3D.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the company brandbook to ensure all visuals stay consistent with our style, tone, and message. Suggest improvements or updates to the brandbook when trends, tools, or business needs change.
  • Create eye-catching illustrations and short videos for our social media platforms, YouTube channel, online ads and internal team materials. Adapt videos/designs for different formats and platforms while keeping them engaging and on-brand.
  • Design visually engaging and easy-to-read presentations for sales, internal meetings, and external events. Ensure all presentations follow brand guidelines and tell a clear story.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI design trends and techniques. Experiment with tools like Grok, Gemini, and Midjourney to create unique concepts, speed up production, and explore new visual styles.
  • Work closely with the marketing and HR team to brainstorm ideas that make people stop scrolling and pay attention 👀 Test creative ideas and adapt them based on feedback and performance.

Would be a plus

  • Create branded merchandise (t-shirts, notebooks, tote bags, etc.) and design booth layouts for conferences and expos.
